Each straw comes with a small yet effective plastic clip that can securely attach the straw to the rim of the glass if needed, and they can be cleaned like any regular straw. For a thorough clean, place the straws in a bowl with a denture cleaner and let them soak—just be sure to rinse them well afterward.
