Included in our premium delivery and free of charge carried out by our in-house product team. All larger mobility equipment will be delivered direct to your home on a day, and at a time, of your choice.
Our experienced team will set up your product and go through it in detail answering any questions you may have.
By large items we mean Beds, Chairs, Scooters, Prescriptive Wheelchairs, Powerchairs, Power addons (really any product with a motor and requires assembly.
Upon placing your order Magbility will contact you (the customer) to arrange a suitable delivery window for your new mobility product.
Please be aware that if you request your item(s) is/are left in a safe place via the courier notes, Magbility cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from your local delivery depot, or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.
Magbility strongly advises against deliveries to hotels and third parties. Any deliveries to hotels or third parties are entirely at the risk of the customer and Magbility cannot accept any liability for mislaid or missing orders.
Unfortunately Magbility cannot accept any liability for mislaid or missing orders once they have been delivered to the address that you have given us.
Occasionally, issues during transit may mean that your product arrives with a few knocks and scrapes.
If this happens, we ask that you report it immediately by signing the courier delivery note ‘Damaged on Arrival’ and informing us on the same day as delivery. Any damaged goods must be retained by the buyer for inspection.

We can deliver on a day and at a time that is convenient for you. Our professional in-house delivery team will arrive on site, set your new piece of mobility equipment up and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your new mobility product.
We can remove your used mobility scooter, powerchair, stairlift and furniture when we make your delivery. Just let us know in advance so we can ensure there is enough space on our delivery van. We recycle all old mobility furniture and scooter batteries.
