The Atlas 3 Transfer Disc, uniquely created by NRS, is intended for indoor use to offer extra support during transfers for both the user and the carer when getting up from or sitting down into a chair. It features adjustable handles and knee pads for proper alignment.
The carer must provide a counterbalance when utilizing the Atlas 3. Users must be capable of holding the handles and following instructions; they need core strength to stand and must be able to support their own weight and maintain their balance. The standing surface is equipped with a non-slip mat.
