All of our scooters, riser recliners, powerchairs, wheelchairs qualify for with our TRY & BUY Delivery.
We just need all of your details and payment details are taken but only for security purposes and verification of order. No payment will be taken until product is delivered and you’re happy.
We don’t use third party deliver companies and our delivery is included in the price. Your Mobility equipment will be delivered by one of our MAGBILITY specialists.
Package Includes: Set up, check and demonstrate using the product and above all making sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we can bring other product for you to try, either way no charge will be taken. All we ask for is a card guarantee at the check-out process.

Click & Collect in one of our stores

  • If you’re not going to be home, Our Click & Collect service means you can collect in-store. We have three locations to make things easy:
      Birmingham , Worcester & Bromsgrove
  • Get your order dropped off at a local store for free. Then just pick it up whenever you’re free over the next 10 days.You’ll get an email when your order is ready to pick up.
  • To collect your order, you’ll need some ID along with an order number that we’ll send you.

Standard Delivery

Who delivers your products?
Small products like crutch ferrules will be sent via Royal Mail,
larger items such as ramps will be sent via courier.
Standard UK home delivery:
£3.95 for orders small items(i.e. sock aids).
£5.50 for orders of larger items(i.e. such as crutches).
Goods processed as normal and shipped with 2-3 working days.
UK mainland orders should arrive within 5 working days.
Just one more thing…
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer.Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions,will mean that these delivery services aren’t available,or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended.
However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.Magbility cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
